Arts Council Northeast proudly serves the citizens of North Tarrant County.

Arts Council Northeast serves 16 cities and six school districts including Birdville, Carroll, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Grapevine-Colleyville, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Keller and Northwest as well as private and home schools. The population in the communities we serve is over 450,000 with a student population over 100,000.
