Summer concert series. If you haven't had a chance to catch one of the MasterWorks free concerts that Arts Council Northeast brings to the community, now is the time to pencil in these dates for the rest of the month. At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, enjoy some bluegrass music from White House Harmony at Southlake Town Square. Choose from 7 p.m. shows Thursday by singer/songwriter Rachael Bigham at the Hurst library or enjoy the rock 'n' roll oldies played by Freddy and the Falcons at Roanoke's Austin Street Plaza. The Zack King Band will play classic rock music at 7:30 p.m. July 24 at Southlake Town Square. And at 7 p.m. July 28 at Keller Town Hall, the unique sounds of the Kobushi Taiko drummers will liven up your evening. The month wraps up with popular Beatles tribute band Me and My Monkey at 7:30 p.m. July 31 at Southlake Town Square. Music makes memories, so fill in your summer memory book of fun by taking in a concert or two with someone special to you. Learn more at
